Mr. Amine Knani joined Boussayene Knani & Associés in January 2010 as a lawyer at court. He regularly assists foreign companies with their establishment in Tunisia and supports companies of all sizes with consulting and litigation, particularly in business and labor law. Mr. Amine Knani also specializes in competition and distribution law, with a focus on competition litigation before the Competition Council.
Prior to joining Boussayene Knani & Associés, he gained experience in the M&A/Corporate department at Gide Loyrette Nouel (Paris) and in the legal department of the multinational Saint-Gobain (Paris).
