Ms. Meriam Boussayene began her career at Boussayene Knani & Associés in 2014 as an intern, then was promoted to associate following her admission to the Tunis bar.

She works on all facets of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and criminal law.

In addition, Ms. Meriam provides assistance to clients in their investment and disinvestment projects in Tunisia, particularly with regard to foreign exchange regulations.

Ms. Meriam assists clients in both advisory and litigation matters and regularly supports international financial institutions in the financing of local entities operating mainly in the banking and financial sector, as well as public and private entities in the context of their financing needs for their activities.
