Amine Knani joined Boussayene Knani & Associés in January 2010. He regularly assists and advises foreign and multinational companies on matters related to completion and corporate law. He frequently advises and represents clients before the domestic courts on cases involving business and employment law.
Amine Knani also specializes in competition and distribution law and represents clients before the Competition Council.
Before joining Boussayene Knani & Associés, he worked at Gide LoyretteNouel Law Firm Paris ( M&A /Corporate) and within the legal department of Saint-Gobain.
